cancellation policies
Order cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hour notice before any order cancellations. If an order has been paid for upfront or partially paid for and was then cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be made.
Order Policy
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice before your event to ensure your order is properly fulfilled. For any catering orders (party of 15 people or more), pleas provide at least 1 full week notice.
